  30. Iā€™ve been wanting to try to lose weight for a while. I want to be able to dress in cute clothes I canā€™t fit and participate in activities Iā€™m too embarrassed to do now. I felt envious of other people, and just wanted weight loss to magically happen. But it canā€™t unless I start now. So hereā€™s day one of starting this.
