This is an all standing, weighted, full body workout that will put those muscles to work, helping them grow and become stronger. Workout #1: I am huffing and puffing like I ran a marathon omg… I already consumed 24oz of water today… According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 192 calories… Not sure abput the calorie burn but it was a tough one… I used 8lb and 10Lb set and a 12Lb dumbbell for one move… I am going to do today 5,000 step workout next…
