Workout #1: I am huffing and puffing like I ran a marathon omg… I already consumed 24oz of water today… According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 192 calories… Not sure abput the calorie burn but it was a tough one… I used 8lb and 10Lb set and a 12Lb dumbbell for one move… I am going to do today 5,000 step workout next…

I discovered that my knee and my balance cannot handle normal lunges, let alone lunges with dumbbells! But I see you have knee friendly options, I will try some of those next.
