Can u help me with my inflammed supraspinatus tendon please my previous mri said that i used to have a partial tear in my supraspinatus tendon but my recent one doesnt show any tear but it does show an inflammation of the same tendon do u have any idea on how to deal with it ps my injury is 3 yrs old and i m 22 yrs old now i would be super grateful if u replied i ve tried many of the excersises u mentioned before they helped for a while but then the pain returned and i wanna go back to working out
Can u please also do weight bearing exercises. I have osteoarthritis and its expensive to get a coach to help. I dont want to get hurt more than help. Thanks

I had a rotor cuff (on right side) torn in two & couldn’t be repaired & took (3 months, 3 x’s a week) to move it!
Then broke left shoulder & on right side only bursar sack & nerve so when lie on it (wake up feeling it’s on fire)!
Are there less impact exercises can do as can only lie on one side? Tyvm..

Buna seara! La anumite miscari, se intampla ca si cum ar sari ceva de la loc la umar si apoi nu mai pot ridica mana in anumite pozitii, de obicei deasupra umarului. Unde as putea diagnostica aceasta problema, la ce medic sa ma adresez?

Greetings… last night I slept great having done Pendulum – finger crawl – wall angel – wrist wall flex – shoulder roll. My intermittent pain is in front of my shoulder whereas if my palm was in the middle of my chest my fingers would touch the affected area. None of these stretches done slowly caused any discomfort. Pushing away from the desk this morning on a chair caused more pain. Should I do more reps..I did 15 and do them more often as I had no discomfort doing them slowly. I’ve felt with this on off pain for 15+ years. Thanks ever so much

Mam in physio they asked me to apply d. F. O 4xgel but pain not reduce suggest me ointment for impingement frozen shoulder.
