I’m 13 and I’m going to try doing this everyday for a year since it’s the new year. I’m a dancer and it’s my goal to loose weight and become a better dancer. Right now I am 115 pounds and I want to get tk at least 100 pounds by the end of the year. I will be doing this workout everyday except if I have a really busy dance day and I will keep track everyday to see if there is a difference I am also doing one of their other workouts too.
Day 1: Legs kind of burn but so far so good
Day 2: I felt fine from day 1. My legs are burning after I did this today tho.
