Extra fat in your thighs can make simple tasks difficult like walking or going up a flight of stairs that is why it’s necessary to focus on this part of the body as well.

Today’s workout video is an exercise that focuses on your legs and thighs, enabling you to work your lower body muscles to burn the excess fat and tone your muscles as you go along.

    (but it also depends on how bad your scoliosis is, please check with and doctor, etc and only continue if you're sure its okay)

  38. I’m 13 and I’m going to try doing this everyday for a year since it’s the new year. I’m a dancer and it’s my goal to loose weight and become a better dancer. Right now I am 115 pounds and I want to get tk at least 100 pounds by the end of the year. I will be doing this workout everyday except if I have a really busy dance day and I will keep track everyday to see if there is a difference I am also doing one of their other workouts too.

    Day 1: Legs kind of burn but so far so good
    Day 2: I felt fine from day 1. My legs are burning after I did this today tho.
