  2. Thank you, that is a very helpful video! I am 66 and have started training with KBs and I'm enjoying the process. Picking up on the C&Ps I have discovered "ladders", going clean 1/press 1, clean 1 press 2 etc up to 5 presses swapping sides each time. I am changing hands with a single arm swing in between . Do you think this is a good complex? Interested in your views on this. 👍

  3. I notice at the back end of your swing when you hike back and hinge your legs straighten. Not exactly the way it's taught at RKC certification.

  4. I love all things kettlebells. Just curious of one thing. When you use two heavier kettlebells, it looks like the back goes into hyper extension. Is this normal or am I seeing it wrong?
