Hello everyone!

10 min full body dumbbell workout at home.

This is exactly a 10 minute follow along workout you can do at home with dumbbells.

The workout is as follows:

Squat
Sumo squat
Alternating forward lunges
Romanian deadlift
Clean to press
Bent over row
Bice curls
Chest press
Tricep press
Russian twist to tuck

Time wise, it is 45 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise! One round brings you up to 10 minutes!

This is the perfect workout with you don’t want to spend a lot of time exercising and just want to get the job done!

  16. I value these videos greatly, except for the gun sounds. I'm grateful for all the videos you've put online, for free, and have they have undoubtedly helped me stay in shape. I don't like, however, the way that the gun cocking and shooting sounds are integrated into several of your songs. I don't want to do these workouts with kids around. Is that necessary?
