  9. There is this one exercise and the last exercise killed me I couldn’t do it for 49 seconds because it hurt and there was one that made my neck hurt ouch but I wanna try do this every day to see if I could improve.

  15. This is really helpful, it doesn't take too much time. But since I'm intermediate level, i wish nicole had a really intense but short workout video too, i usually cannot spend 40 minutes, but also short videos don't really give me the satisfaction i need
