Follow along with us for a full body 8-10 minute stretch that will be effective for any workout that you’re going into. This warm-up routine targets the major muscle groups plus it is very quick and efficient. We split this warm-up into upper, lower, and t-spine movements so you can take what you need from it if you just want to focus on a particular muscle group before your workout.
