  21. I had a really bad back pain a few months ago, I ended up in the hospital (my back muscles didn't stop spasms and I was in immense pain).
    There was nothing wrong with my back/spine, so the doc said it must be weak muscles and I have to go to a therapist but I didn't have the time (because of work) so I started to look up videos.
    I did this workout (plus a few other ones) for 4 months now almost every day and the back pain never came back AND my posture is better.
    BUT the "re-stack your spine" is very important!
