This is the Hasfit workout I keep coming back to. It has a warmup and a cool down, and they go straight into each exercise without giving unnecessary instruction. And of course, it's a solid workout.

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Having an ad in the middle of the video really throws things off. Hoping you can switch to having the ad in the beginning.
Honestly even if one isn't a beginner, this routine is priceless for being able to get the workout into the schedule no matter how busy the day may seem. Near perfect !
Have started to add strength training to my routine 3 to 4 times a week. Did this one today as a beginner and really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Hello, thanks so much for this! You guys are awesome and I like the gentle encouragement focusing on the process (and patience!) as well as the modifications for exercises. I had a question about breathing while exercising. Coach Kosack said that we need to breathe in while doing the move and breath out while coming back. Usually, in yoga, it is the other way round, We breathe out when we do the move and breath in when we come back to normal. Also breath out while going down and breath back in when going up. Could you please clarify how breathing works in weight training? Thank you so very much!

I am a dietitian and just previewed this video to share with patients. This looks like an excellent place for many folks to start. I love that you have a woman and man participating without it being "overly choreographed". Love the multiple variations shown for exercises to meet people where they are. Looks safe and covers full body, with minimal equipment.

I found when I did the modified cobra at the end my lower back really hurt, I went into childs pose straight afterwards to relieve it, is there any other modification I could do to stop this pain, all the other movement's I can do the more advanced exercises ?

Thank you SO much. I see a lot of these comments are older, but i'm new here! This was great workout for my first one in years. I started my fitness journey on Jan 3 2022 tolose 75 pounds. I am also doing WW. Yesterday I went for a hike in the beautiful desert of So. Utah at 51 degrees and bright sunshine. It gave me energy for the whole day. At the end of the hike i found out it was only 1 mile lol but a hilly rocky trail felt like 5 miles to this newby. Im also doing cardio drumming 2 days per week. Thank you again.
