as a dancer exoerience of 8 years as samba dancer and 4 months as hiphop dancer we had a winter break from hiphop dance classes yesterday and today my legs and hips were dying so this really helped

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS! I want to do more shows in musical theater and get picked for more, but I kind of suck at dancing as I don’t exactly take lessons anymore because I quit when I was little, so I figured working on my flexibility and working out would help. This has been helping me, and I’m confident I’ll be able to dance better with these flexibility stretches. I’m working on becoming a triple threat in auditions eventually lol. Once again thank you

when I straddle and reached over I could ACTUALLY reach my left toe- I’ve never been able to do that! PLUS I’m way closer to the ground than I was a few minutes ago on my split! Thank you!
