Try this 15 min pilates workout! This is a total body toning workout focused on strength, flexibility, and balance. We are using using 2lb dumbbells as light resistance. If you do not have dumbbells at home you can use water bottles or other house hold objects!

  6. I didn't read the Pilates part on the title. Just saw toning and immediately clicked. First set I was like, "Why is this so Pilates-y?" End of the video, she mentioned it's Pilates. Damn. Loved it so much more. 😊

  7. I didn't feel like working out today but found this video and it was a great 15 min work out. My heart was pumping and my arms were even more sore by the end!

  16. Maddie, I absolutely loved this!! You have a couple of pilates style videos now and I've been adding them to my routine. I really needed these, I was starting to get bored and this is perfect! It's also very humbling lol I would love more of these kinds of videos if you can make them!
