that was a great workout got me breathing heavy. I could not do the burpees very well or the getups with squats yet . knee and hip inflexibility at the moment lol.

Great ideas but the beeps freak my dog out just like the insta pot.
Can't do more than 3 push ups and because of surgery I can't keep my legs straight while on my back and they are in the air. Otherwise this will be my go to work out daily. Thank you for the video

Doing this every morning for 1 month
