Summer is almost here and we’re pretty sure a lot of you are already feeling the pressure. You’ve packed on a few holiday weight and because it’s winter season, there’s no pressure to strut around in shorts and tight-fitting clothes.

But in a few weeks, the weather will change and soon it will be too hot for even a shirt! If you’ve gained weight over the holidays and you’re a little embarrassed to get on your summer clothes, well, now is the perfect time to kickoff a summer workout plan!

Today’s video is 15 minutes of intensive full-body routines that don’t require any gym equipment, so you can do this at home, or even outside!

    (This is for my summer body)
    Starting with: 53.3

    Day 1: it was pretty hard and I was shaky,
    but at the end it got a bit better, I also felt more energetic and more awake after I finished.

  16. Just completed it. It was quite a long exercise but it wasn’t hard!!

    Day 1: complete!!😋
    Day 2: complete!! I’m sweating balls (I also did stretches before this) my body feels good after, but during? 😭🙏
    Day 3: I completed it, it was easier than the first two times but I still am sort of weak with some parts of the exercises.
    Day 4: missed bc I was tired
    Day 5: completed!! I hate leg drops with a passion.

    Day one:✅pretty easy did it at 12pm,5pm and 8pm with a good diet

    Day two:✅ I see a slight difference in my thighs but that’s it.(only could do it 2 times)

I started this workout a few days back and now I was curious to check my weight because many comments had motivated me some people had written that they lost 2 to 3 kg in 4 to 5 days but then when I checked my weight I had gained 2 kg since the day I started this workout. I literally got so hurt and demotivated. I lost hope yet I'm still here today at 4:30 am doing this workout.
