I'm a 19 year old woman. Young, a healthy weight, but still unhealthy in terms of lack of exercise and eating junk food. I've taken up jogging for about a month and a half, and now I'm starting basic dumbbell exercises for my "off days." It's an amazing feeling, and while I always have trouble getting started I often find myself wanting to go longer and longer than I intended (especially with jogging, it's very freeing). This is not one of those cases with this video as I type this, as simple of workouts as they are, really knocked me. But I feel great, so thank you for this video all of us with different fitness levels can enjoy.
Too repetitive for.my preference
36 year old woman. I used this as a finisher to a longer strength workout and it was harder than the long workout! I used 25lbs but dropped down to 10 for the cross shoulder thing
Hi Oliver! I'm an 80 year old great-grandmother. Been working out most of my life, and I came across your workout a few weeks ago. Sometimes my life style has me having to 'get back' to the regular workouts. So, I start again with the lighter weights. Now I'm building back to heaver on some of the movements, then lighter on others. Your non-stop, with the sweet short pauses during the workout allows me to take that extra breath. Thank you for giving such a wonderful workout!

I'm 40 and at this age, I'm done over-exerting my body. This was a great workout. Hit all the spots and got the job done before my 6-mile walk.

This is the perfect weights workout for beginners! I can complete this entire workout without feeling it's too overwhelming and the pace is good and not too fast!
I’m 15 and thanks for the good workout I used one 30 pound weight dumbell to do this workout
I liked the workout but had to pause the video to change the amount of weight i was using. Would be great to follow along the exercises that use the lighter weights, then a little heavier weight and then the most weight. I'll still do this workout but pause it when i need to adjust the dumbells.
I"m 72 years young. Enjoyed this workout and used my 5 lb weights. Thank you. Appreciate you.
