  1. Doing as much as I can with a bad rotator cuff that had two failed surgeries and a herniated disc. This is great to get the circulation moving!

  2. Thankuuu ❤

  3. What music is this?

  4. Started watching you when I was a freshman in highschool! I stopped for a while when I needed to focus on my relationship with food and not just the way I look. I’m 27 now and I just keep coming back to your videos. Maybe it the nostalgia or maybe it’s the way your videos always kick my butt. Always a joy to hang out with you. Love to see how far you’ve come❤️

  22. Should this be daily

  23. I will update here to see improvement
1st time doing this i've put my arms down 3 times and gave myself 2 breaks.

  24. I feel all the exercises target the shoulder muscles, what about biceps and triceps?

  25. Ommggg I loveeed the conversation, it kept me distracted from the pain and my burning shoulders

  26. Your exercises are useless, they are useless, they are a great STUPIDITY, all you do is talk, talk, talk, and keep talking, and naturally YOU ARE VERY BORING.

  27. It’s my first time doing this workout and wow , I really underestimated it

  28. excited to be back into your workouts, Cassie !!

  29. Amazing!

  30. Wouldnt recommend if you’re on your period and are very emotinal and haven’t worked out in a while because I sobbed. Its really doable! But it HURT

  31. Such a fun way to exercise arms. Absolutely love it. I just didn’t like the talking too much about random things throughout. i liked the motivation and pushing to keep going talks though. But some people like the chitter chatter. 🥰

  32. I’ve been having back problems from how I sit when Im painting. Fixing my posture has helped, but doing this as well has been incredible! Thanks for this💛

  33. From Dr Bergs page too 😂

  34. The commentary omg😭 chuckled out of second hand embarrassment multiple times but god this burned SO MUCH

  35. Palms Back Pulses, were the worst… But I did it to the end. 😶‍🌫️

  36. This burned like crazy omg I'm so proud of myself! Surprisingly, I dropped my arms only 2 times😭 I mostly stayed motivated by my music playing in the background lol. Thanks for this!!!

  37. I am doing these exercises almost everyday for a month and a half. It was too hard to complete it at first. I couldn't even finish the half of the video in the first few days. Now I can do it easily. I have flabby arms which is why I started to do it. My shoulders and upper body feels firmer. But not my arms. They are still waving like flags. I will go to the next video that doctor recommended. I hope that one will help.

  38. Dr Berg took us to another level ❤the arm 🔥 A few seconds resting but continued on till end Ouch but so good Thank you😊

  39. This was so painful can't believe I'm stuck here with you until I'm allowed to lift weights again thank you

  40. I did this work out 3 years ago and I never forgot about it. I began working out again a month or two ago and I came across this video again and I was so happy. I've been doing it at least once a week now. I sometimes do it twice or three times. I remember i was on call with my boyfriend and he said it looked so easy and i was over exaggerating, so the next day he came over to my house i made him do it and he couldn't get past 1. I couldn't stop laughing at him. Today I decided to do it with 2 pound weights and i had to have rests in between each workout because it felt like my arms were going to snap into two pieces, but I really enjoy this workout. I've always admired how she would talk throughout the video to distract us from the pain. I love this workout a lot.

  41. 👍👏🤗

  42. U gotta stop cracking jokes cause my arm fall each time 😂

  43. Here from Dr Berg 🎉
