I feel my abs and biceps

I'm so excited to have found you! I have been through some pretty significant changes in my body and working out like I'm 20 just doesn't work anymore. I was wondering about one of the moves. Since I had my double mastectomy and reconstruction it is really hard to rotate out on the side they took out lymph nodes. Is there a substitute I could do for those? This was really good! thanks so much!!1
