Try this 15 Minute Dumbbell Shoulders Workout at home two or three times every week. This is a dumbbell full chest workout you can do anywhere as long as you have access to a pair of dumbbells between 10-30lb. It’s also beginner-friendly – just use lighter weights than I used in the video.
