•This workout can be done by all skill ranges and focuses on the Full Body from Shoulders to Calf’s. 5-15lb Dumbbells would be best for this workout.
• Feel Free to take more or less rest if you need, Its all about improving one day at a time
• Pair these workouts with a good diet, and 20-30 minutes of cardio every day, and you will see extraordinary results within months, I have included the foods that I eat (Below) that have changed my life tremendously.
