I wanted to get back into working out regularly like I did until two-three years ago, and this workout was really perfect.   21. most of that 7 move workout looks doable in 16 mins i prefer 4 moves in 15 mins cos im over 50 now ill need a couple of days rest at least!

  22. So I don't understand how these short videos work. You both certainly don't just go to the gym for 15 minutes, right? And I assume you warm up and cool down – so does it work that I do a warm up video, find a workout video, then find a cool down video to get a full work out?

  27. I am so retarded…All this time I've been doing this workout, every time I'd get to the 'workout finish' part I would be so confused like: what; I'm done already?? Really?? Because I knew I only did 2 sets and assumed there were 3 which is the case in most of your other workouts! So today, I literally watched it from the beginning to the end, convinced I had somehow skipped a set and sure enough-it's only 2 sets! SMH and LOL
