» 15 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell Workout For Beginners | LEGS WILL BURN



It’s a Lower Body Dumbbell Workout For Beginners. I am sure your legs will burn after doing this workout. TRY IT AND FEEL THE LEGS BURNING. 15 minutes is all you need from your busy schedule to do this workout.
We will do 7 exercises in this workout, 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds rest.
Again we don’t need heavy dumbbells in this workout because we are doing it time duration wise not repetitions wise.
Benefit of this dumbbells lower body workout is that you don’t need to go to gym ,you just need pair of dumbbells, and take 15-20 minutes of your precious time from your busy schedule, through this leg workout you can burn fat and gain lean muscle mass at the same time. You can do this workout twice a week, i will not recommend you to do this lower body workout daily because our body needs rest to repair our muscles. Specifically, rest is essential for muscle growth. Exercise creates microscopic tears in your muscle tissue. But during rest, cells called fibroblasts repair it. This helps the tissue heal and grow, resulting in stronger muscles.
