Today’s home workout is a 20 min upper body workout that will target your back and biceps. This will have your arms on fire. This will be a dumbbell and bodyweight workout that will help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing, and basically leave you feeling awesome!!

The weight I am using is a set of 10lb dumbbells for your reference.
