  4. Starting this exercise from 19th February 2025..
    Current weight 68kgs.. target weight 55kgs.
    DAY 1: DONE ✅ (couldn't do all )
    Day 2: DONE ✅ ( I HAD PAIN IN MY THIGHS BUT COMPARED TO DAY 1 I WAS BETTER TODAY)
    DAY 3: DONE ✅ ( I DID ALMOST ALL PAIN TOTALLY GONE)
    DAY 4: DONE ✅ ( I DID SOO WELL I COULD HOLD 45 SEC PLANKS..) EXERCISE FEEL ABIT EASY NOW👍🏻
    DAY 5: SKIPPED ( I WAS OUT )
    DAY 6: DONE ✅ I COULD DO ALMOST ALL EXERCISES WELL
    DAY 7: SKIPPED
    DAY 8: DID ONLY 11 MINS

  10. All I have is a brick that weighs 3 kg I got from my garden. I feel so strong doing this workout! As someone with a weak pelvic floor I found the brick very grounding and gave me a center of gravity I never knew I needed. The tremors I felt in the squat made me feel so empowered.
