Day 2 complete I feel so strong
All I have is a brick that weighs 3 kg I got from my garden. I feel so strong doing this workout! As someone with a weak pelvic floor I found the brick very grounding and gave me a center of gravity I never knew I needed. The tremors I felt in the squat made me feel so empowered.
