  8. Thank you for your extensive library of beginner videos! I’ve been getting back into working out after herniating a disk in my lower back, and these have been very helpful for my comfort level at this point. I had a hard time finding something I could use for some of the other accounts I follow, but these have been great!

  9. I like the pacing and active breaks. However, I am 64 and out of shape- the pushups, planks etc. I cannot do I modify the jumping jacks with no problem – should I continue to try or is there another workout that would be better for me.

  12. thank you so much. i’m a stay at home mom during the winter and have a very active job during the summer. i used to do dr*ga and that’s what got me skinny but now that im sober things are hard. with no confidence to go to the gym to go to the wind this helps me a lot. i’ve recently started eating healthier and not binge eating. 20 minutes a day everyday is just what i need.

  31. I've done this workout before a few years back, didn't stick with any sort of fitness routine, and I am finally getting back into it. About to take on 2 weeks of this workout (on top of going to the gym 3 days a week). I will share my results as I go! A little starting info: I'm 19, around 200 lbs, and 5'7". Haven't taken any measurements of myself yet, and I don't know if I will. We'll see!

  40. I survive on 500-600 cals daily. It is self discipline!!!!!!! Starvation? Worth it to me not to be large!!!!!!!
