Hello everyone! This week video is related with using dumbbells! My suggestion is do this 3-4 times a weeks . 1 day workout the next day rest, and keep repeat it. Every time you finish the session, make sure the next day let your muscle and body rest for a better muscle recovery.
Keep doing this 4-6 weeks and you will se so much better toned body of yours
.
P/s : in this video i used 2kg dummbell. So use dumbbells according to your own capabilities. 30-40% weight is good enough due to this exercise based on time, not on repetition. If you feel too light. Increase the dumbbells kg!
