So yeah I am gonna give the truth of the result of 30 day
Day 1: I felt tried within one workout I just paused after one workout but I completed happy
So basically i am 17 year old with 104 kg i definitely wanna change my life I update u guys so I just added 7 min face exercise
Just discovered y’all today. Thank you for this. Y’all helped me realize how out of touch with my body I’ve become. This is an excellent start to reconnect and sweat. Thanks so much!

Did this workout 2x and damn it made me sweat so much but I loved it even though I felt like I was going to faint

Yooooo this was so fire! Loved it!!!
I'm starting at 74kg.
Day 1: Guys this workout is no joke . Thought to do this 2 times but here I am dead after 1 time . I'll start slow. The workout is killing me, maybe this shows how much I have lost control over my body. Yeah that's it for today.
Day2: This workout is much more easy compared to yesterday, maybe that's a progress too hehe

Day 3: Did this one time today . I did this workout together with my mom.
Day 4: Its becoming much easier compared to the days before. The last exercise is killing me tho

Juice and Toya helped me lose 50lbs. I went from 210 to 160 and have since maintained at a solid 170lbs. I’m 5’8 so 170 is my sweet spot. All calisthenics and discipline when motivation failed me!
Just found this video. On my journey to lose 20 kgs, on the end of my 2nd week, and I was kind of able to do this with a little bit of pause here and there. Great video, great exercises, definitely going to do this again, and saved this for my workout playlists. Thanks for the workout!

Amazing work guys

Did this workout after months and months of inactivity. I tried another workout from another channel before this one and I quit. I got discouraged but I was able to complete this one. Hopefully i keep up my spirits and continue this workout journey
