mein pichle 5mahine se bed rest mein thi na mein khadi ho pati thi mere back mein kaafi stiffness thi Jiska bje se bhut pain rehti thi Dr ne kuch exercises diye the par kuch Aram nahi ho raha tha phir maine aapka ye video dekha phir maine practice start Kiya toh sirf kuch hi dino mein meri stiffness km hone lagi ab pehle jitna nahi hai bhut kam hogaya hai thank you very much Ma'am
