Ramin Farajnejad wins gold in Kish Island.

The 2025 Persian Gulf Iron Man contest occurred on March 1, 2025, in Kish Island, Iran. Eleven athletes representing five countries clashed through seven events: Yoke & Duck Walk Medley, Overhead Medley, Power Stairs, Carry & Drag, Farmer’s Walk, Atlas Stones, and Squat & Deadlift.

The entire podium featured athletes representing the host country. At the helm wearing gold was Ramin Farajnejad, who scored 69 of a possible 77 points.
