I haven't been in the gym in more than a year and am starting home workouts first to get slowly get myself ready to get back into the heavy stuff and build stamina and I have to say this was INTENSE. I have to admit I did take longer breaks here and there but I still felt it everywhere the next. Going to keep pushing till it gets easier!

OMG. A 58 year old woman who finds floor abs impossible due to a back problem I felt this but actually for the first time ever ENJOYED an ab workout.
I just love all her workouts. Also, can anyone tell me the name of the song played in the end while stretching. I'm kinda obsessed with it.
