  1. Back in 2021 when I was j 13 years old I did Roberta gyms workout . Her workouts are damn good it took me from 58kg to 45 kg I will share the workout routine that worked for me and I did some of the other workouts too but her workouts were the main .
    If anyone wants to lose weight just do her workouts
    ( 13 years teen you guys are healthy and beautiful don't go harsh and eat a healthy diet I am 16 now I regret every decision of mine from eating low calorie diet to doing intense workout I don't have a healthy menstrual cycle I can't eat food I like unless I binge or restrict myself ) workouts are good just do them and take a healthy diet these are the years of enjoyment if you don't enjoy these now you won't ever .
    I'm 16 know and it's been 3 years since I'm stuck with my diet I'm 43 kg but I fear of gaining weight I don't have a healthy stomach, I have breathing issues and I get dpress when a size of mine don't fix me ( kids you're beautiful)
    And for the ladies and gentlemen her workouts are good and please if you have teen in your house j praise them and make them feel proud of themselves instead of. Bullying them loads of love world

    DAY 1 😭= im SOOOOOO tired cus I did two more extra workouts and I sweated a lot. But as I got closer to the end, I realized that I was no longer struggling and that the movements were easier to do 🥳🥳🌹

    I will try to continue writing here on other days (I don't think I can do it every day because my school lasts 9 hours and I get very tired.)

    DAY 2 = I was very tired today and I could only make it halfway, and before I started this series I had been bringing sandwiches and fruit salad to school for a month, I also walked 5 laps around the school today İT WASS GREAATTTTT Because it's fun to chat with my friends while walking lol.

Hello guys i lover Roberta because even i started doing it when 14 i was 53 then i reduced to 42 in just 3 months my dress size turned M from xxl i stoped workout when i was 17 it is more dramatic period ,stress depression which made my health very very worse increased my ige level in blood due to meditation my weight increase like hell now im 68 so i stoped my medicines and started my workouts and diets from today im dam sure i will trun 45 in just 4 months with help of Roberta . everyone who wants to lose ur weight i will recommend Roberta gym ❤❤❤❤
