  6. I started crosfit and when trying to do some exercises like snatch squad, I realized I have like 5% shoulder mobility. It was crazy because I didn't know I couldn't movements like when David moves the pole from his stomach to his back over his head.
    So now Im trying to improve this by doing exercises like the shown in the video. Thanks David!
