» 3 Stretches For Flexible Hips in 3 Minutes

The first stretch is the 90:90 stretch for hip internal and external rotation. This stretch helps to loosen up the hips, it’s great for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting.

The second stretch is the long lunge hold for the front splits. This stretch targets the #hipflexors and #hamstrings.

The third stretch is the #cossacksquat for the #middlesplits This stretch targets the adductors and it helps to improve flexibility in the lower body.
