Join in for a 30 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH x PILATES WORKOUT. This is a full body routine with a splash of Pilates inspired movements. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Today I’ll be using two 8LB dumbbells, but choose the weights that suit you best. Intervals will be two back to back 45 second intervals followed by 15 seconds of rest. I’ve also included a quick warm up and cool down. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I did this one yesterday with 5lb weights (I've had recently shoulder and plantar fasciitis so have to monitor weight amount) and I LOVED this.   7. I love this one, it's challenging but it's a good mix of moves. I've been following these workouts for 9 months and I was so proud of myself I can finally do the lunge to deadlift, admittedly still working on the curtsy squats. But I really like the way I look and feel amazing and so much stronger. I love these workouts so much, it's the only thing I can ever stick with.

I’ve been doing really intense, high energy and fast paced workouts, but with extra stress in my life, I needed something a little calmer. Your workouts are so so perfect for this season in my life— challenging but not quite as stress inducing as what I was doing ❤

But I will say that I can not do the back to back I need the intervals. 😢Because of neurological/medical reasons it is very difficult for me to follow and process what you are doing next without sometime to understand it.
