  1. They need a pure blooded black african, all abnormals must go and stay in sub saharan africa.

  2. This is an amazing video thank you so much for this.

  3. This was a very informative and fact based video. Thanks.

  4. I got it when I started working out at the gym at 15 I don't know what weight machine I was using but it put me of going back and realised how much information I needed to get before going back I have a friend who got it recently too. but when we were like 11 and 12 there was no issues

  5. Im 20 and was called a 1 in 1000 case by my chiropractor and general doctor. I've been doing two, hour long massage sessions, two chiropractor visits, daily stretching/epsom baths, and 4 days in the gym a week. Right now i am taking this month to work on sleep correction and really low impact activity. Best advice I've ever recieved going through this, is that back pain is 10× worse when you're distant to the people you care about. Ngl be careful not all cases are the same and think first before doing any high impact physical activity, but do NOT coop yourself up and close off. Some of the best low impact ways of getting into fitness can be done with herds of other people. Keep living even though it hurts.

  6. Thanks very much for the information.

  7. By your logic, I got severe scholiosis. However, it hardly impacts me, tbh if this is severe, scoliosis must not be that bad of a thing. I have a 42-degree curve and had that for the past 5 or so years now.

  8. Schroth therapy does reduce Cobb angle and can even improve scoliosis that much that kids can avoid surgery. In 53% Schroth therapy kids go back to normal and in 20 % of cases they avoid progression…💁‍♀️

  9. I don't know how I feel about moderate scoliosis not causing a higher risk of back pain… I mean that's the result of the study, I'm not disputing it, but I have always had terrible chronic pain and a <30 degree curve that l've at this point associated with my disabling chronic pain and
locking/cramping episodes….. even with strength training which I feel is more maintenance than the average person has to do… somehow the pain that gets in the way of living my life is… no different than your average person's potential experience? Maybe I'm an outlier but I just felt such a jarring reaction to hearing that my experience isn't atypical. The first job I had to quit due to back issues I was only 21, so I don’t think it’s an age thing… I’m just stunned to hear that, but maybe I just feel invalidated lol

  10. iknow all this, came here for some details, bu seeing people thanking u doing your job, makes me happy, damn

  11. Simply eliminate x rays, then all cases will disappear!

  12. For scoliosis age 12-14 what is the best option procedure for 48 degrees Surgery or Scroth Therapy? Thanks

  13. There are certainly some postures that are killer, but that is not a general rule for everyone, but it's a certainty for those who experience them:

    * lean head forward: think of old school exams, you must be facing down to your paper sheet. 20 minutes in and I was going throu pain, 40 mins its the hell already.

    * cooking: facing down and holding your arms weight forward. Same time ranges. The upperback pain is unbearable. Stabbing.

    * free sitting/standing: after 20+ years sitting in front of computers, my discs degenerated in a kinked way. Can't sit or stand freely for more than 20 mins, for which I need to spend 2 hours laying down on my back after that to recover. Also, I need to hang down, monkey bar or inversion table, or both, to stretch my discs to keep vertebrae away from the nerves.

Don't give up. I didn't and I never will. Find accomodations. Workout a lot. Do exercises, keep perfect form lifting weights. Drink water (keep discs from drying shrink) stay away from alcohol, sleep well.

    Stay strong!

  14. Breath work helps me a lot with relieving pain from scoliosis. Also doing resistance training recommended by Biokineticist. But people with scoliosis should really look into breath work.

  15. Doc can correct mild scoliosis 13.4 degre if I'm 24 years old and how please helpe

  16. I was diagnosed with very mild scoliosis at age 18.5 (F) after I stopped growing. I was told that my scoliosis won't progress. But it progressed a little, I am more asymmetrical now at 25 then at the first time my scoliosis was detected. I've been to multiple doctors but none of them demanded x-ray so I still to this day don't know what are degrees od my S shaped scoliosis. Doctors, internet and general medical facts keep telling me my mild scoliosis isn't a problem and won't get worse since I never felt any pain from it. But it keeps worsening, little by little, I notice that because I observe my body continously. (I still have no pain but my spine and body are looking different/worse over time regarding scoliosis). So the story about "Mild scoliosis in adults can't get worse" turned out to be a lie in my case. Also, telling me that it can't be fixed if I'm an adult of 25 is killing my hopes that I can get better and more symmetrical ever again in my life. Meanwhile, schroth method helped many adult people to reduce their scoliosis, not to make the spine perfectly straight, but simply to reduce the curvature. So what you have said in this video is disproved.

  17. Can you do push up if you have mild scoliosis s shape

  18. 2:50 exactly like mine since I was a kid. My left leg is 4 cm shorter than right, the right side of my neck is shorter and also the right armpit is shorter. But nothing got worse. No exercise fixed it so I stayed the same. The only thing it bothers me are trousers 😅.

  19. i tried yoga for like 2-3 months? every night. then 2 years after? went to the doctor, said my lumbar scoliosis were gone but bcs it became thoracic lmao idk how that happened it slowly went up

  20. if you have neck pain, check your scapulas (strengthening + motor control).Just wasted 6 year not knowing this.
