In this video I do a 5 minute home chest workout with no equipment needed! Since there isn’t any equipment used for this home chest workout, the exercises we do consists mainly of push ups! Some push ups we do in this home chest workout are:
1. Declined push ups
2. Regular push ups
3. Wide push ups
4. Diamond push ups
5. Inclined push ups
