EVERY SINGLE TIME someone on the Internet tells you to do "just these 3 or 5 motions/habits/blabla" its just nonsense. Are the Tips good? Mostly. Are they the only things you need to do? Never.
Eat good, sleep good, exercise and stretch/do Yoga. Dont do drugs and train your brain here and there. Everything less is just fighting symptoms not root causes.
I'm not going to lie these little bit sized workouts are HIGHLY underrated. They have immensely helped me and I've lifted for years now.
