4-Years later the Timing of Watching your Vid gives me variety being that I just rebooted lifting weights starting with my bicep tricep as my 2nd goal having stopped any weights due to unknown body changes frustrated but patiently waited body green light

I think I have a problem that most people normally don't encounter. My tendon of extensor indicis hurts a lot when doing hammer curls so I often do it in supinated form.
