Thanku very much for helping us..i used to follow Caroline Grivan..i still do but her workouts are quiet tiring..she doesn't take much resting time in between sets… I used to feel tired all the time….i follow her for cardio only.. I've started following you and hoping to results soon… Please make after strength training cardio …and being a woman, which cardio should i do whicj doesn't effect our chests… I mean I don't want saggy chest so I don't do intense cardio.. I've asked many but nobody replied…thanks Midas..i hope I'll get the desired body one day❤️
