  2. I agree with @harper blue. Way too advanced without any specialised input. Im also a pilates teacher and used to teach this. Find a good pilates teacher in a physio clinic in your area get a 1-1 session-one or a few to teach correct technique and form and check it all. Then keep up the exercises. Some teachers will do special course to specialize in post natal so ask around, well worth it so you can get most benefit. Its amazing with correct engagement it really works, this problem was generally fixed in a few months.

  11. I just have minor diastasis recti and loose skin. It doesn't show at all when I wear snug clothing though. It's not bad, but I can still see it when I look in the mirror. Would either sculpting be best for me? Or should I just get a mommy tuck? I've done diastasis recti exercises, and they have helped significantly, but I don't look like I did pre-motherhood. I need help. 😟

  12. For those concerned about intermittent fasting, consider that modern Homo sapiens have evolved over hundreds of thousands of years to handle periods of food scarcity. This is in stark contrast to today's overabundance of food in developed countries. We didn't evolve to eat all this massive processing, lean towards "real" food as a rule of thumb.

    In a sense, our body performs more optimally with intermittent fasting involved.

  13. I'm feeling confident a surgeon would have some more genuine advice on this matter compared to so much of the zig-zag conflicting advice online lol. I definitely have the bloating issue, I notice it especially improves when I cut out alcohol for weeks and reduce the most processed foods, carbs, and sugars.

  17. I REALLY LIKE THIS DOCTOR. HE SPEAKS WITH ALOT OF KNOWLEDGE. HE ALSO HAS A NICE FACE AND DOESN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. WISH HE WAS HERE IN DENVER HAHA
