  1. What about a pronated grip to be in line with a grip position for the overhead bb press? Is there a reason for a neutral grip instead for the ohp stability drill?

  8. I lose power in my left hand when i press be it shoulder press or dumbell press, i had a small injury 5 years ago at the left scapula or rhomboid but i recovered in a few days. Now when i workout i feel weakness tgere and thats resulting loss of power

  11. I injured my left shoulder doing farm work, whenever I did over- head presses it would aggravate it. The injury got to the point that my whole shoulder and neck was a constant dull ache, inflamed and super tight. I’m also a guitarist and I couldn’t play longer than 10 minutes without being in a lot of pain..

    I went to physio for 4 months and was able to workout lightly for that time. I found whenever I tried overhead presses with light weight the sensation at the top of the rotator cuff was still quite painful.

    After watching this video I was able to pin point the area that needed strengthening . The whole time I was at physio they could never pin point that spot..

    The pain was gone after a week of these exercises and I could finally play guitar pain free…

  15. I remember once playing basketball with a dude who took his shirt off and had nipple rings. I immediately knew that he would play no defense!

  17. Excellent, just tried this as a pre-hab/proofing, Except i held it at the top until fail, 5 reps…one hell-of-a-burn! 🎉 TY!
