Build your arms with this dumbbell only workout! There are 3 circuits in the routine. Each circuit utilizes a different rep range so you will need either multiple dumbbells to change weight or use an adjustable dumbbells set like I do in this video. You can use this arm workout as a 1 time finisher at the end of your arm day or you can do this routine 2-4 times for a full volume biceps, triceps & forearms workout with dumbbells. There is a rep counter and rest timer on the screen so you can follow right along with me. I tell you the weight amount I am using per circuit so you can use that as a reference point but always go at your own pace and work your way up. Push yourself and get them bicep, tricep, & forearm gains with this dumbbell arms workout!

Circuit 1 – 15 reps
1. Wide Curls – 2:22
2. Hammer Curls – 3:10
3. Skullcrushers – 3:56
4. Tate Press – 4:52
Circuit 2 – 30 reps
1. Kickbacks – 6:27
2. Overhead Extensions – 7:22
3. Straight Curls – 8:31
4. Curl Circles – 9:43
Circuit 3 – 50 reps
1. Side Inner Wrist Curls – 12:27
2. 180 Side Rotations – 13:03
3. Fronted Rear Rotations – 13:48
4. Side Outer Reverse Wrist Curls – 14:29
