    1993 I was pregnant with my 2nd child. I was 7 months and was in a car accident. I had whiplash. Now 2019 right as I writing you I'm in PAIN and I have headaches more and more everyday or morning when I wake up. My son is 25yrs old now will be 26 in December 31ST this year. I'm very stiff inflammation 24/7. Lower back or lumbar aches inflammation 24/7.

  19. I have found that one pose…the one that you're on your Elbows, and lift the pelvis off the floor … causes a very strong pain in my neck, right at the base of my head. Quite curious! I must be doing something wrong, or am not concentrating on the correct muscles? Is there another exercise that I can substitute for that one?

  24. Thank you for this video. I have been looking for some easy stretches for neck and shoulders for a while now. This is my favourite video and I have tried many!
    Would it be possible for you to make a version that is longer, maybe half an hour that focuses on shoulders a bit more?
    Instead of doing daily 15 mins, I can then do 30 mins every other day!

  25. My neck hurts when I'm under a lot of stress at work.  Like the last two weeks.  These stretches really helped!
