Here’s a fun time saving arm routine to build strength and endurance. Bicep, tricep, and shoulder strength is crucial for everyday life and longevity. Light dumbbells are a great way to build muscle. For this routine, you don’t really need a wide range, especially as a beginner. 2 to 10 lbs should be fine to start, but everyone is different. You might also be stronger in some exercises, needing to change weights for each move – but try not to over complicate it. Simply use light weight that you can lift for about 10 repetitions. If you can’t do more than 8, it’s too heavy, if you can do more than 15 – 20 it’s too light. Repeat 2-3 rounds.
