Your reps are wayyy too fast …. Slow slowing them down is more difficult and will build muscle and mind
You go too low on your flys, danger of injury
should i do those exercises every day or 1 time on week enough??
I'm having one problem, even with more weights I feel more pump in my arms and back than in my chest in the dumbbell press and flys. Any tips? I only feel pump in my chest during pushups

I feel like I'm doing the diamond push ups wrong. Are my triceps supposed to burn more than my chest is? and how do I do a proper diamond push up?

You don't have to do stuff like close grip bench press or diamond push ups to target your inner chest. (These two exercises are more for triceps than chest).
Explosive exercises are not necessary if your goal is building muscle. They can be, if you want explosive power, maybe for some sport.
Twisting hands, like in this 4th exercises doesn't make significant difference for your pecs.
I did this workout once, when my knowledge about training was smaller. I felt very fatigued, but i was not sore the next day. 20 seconds of rest is way too small amount.
The good exercises is when you feel real stretch on targeted muscle.
I would recommend exercises like:
Deficit push-ups -It allows you to get greater range of motion, and greater strech than in normal push up.
Bench press with flat bench – you can use dumbells or barbell, it comes to your preferences. If you don't have a bench, try using some books, boxes or anything than can imitate bench. Avoid doing this exercise on the floor. It's too small range of motion
Incline bench press- It biases more your upper chest.
And also fly exercises in incline, flat, and decline position
Your rest time between sets should be as long as you need. i think 2 minutes to 5 minutes is good option
Im 143 Lbs and 5,10. I used 35 lbs dumbells for the heavier inclined workouts and 20 lbs for the others and 10Lbs for the flys. I could barely do any of those next set of pushup excerices after that.
. So maybe go down in weight on the dumbells? Crazy pump. Thanks bro
