According to couple PhDs it doesn't make much sense to make a special effort to do full ROM if the biggest muscle stress falls on the stretched position. So, in this particular example it doesn't really make sense to bend your body just to completely flex your bicep on tension. Just do lenghten partials with slow eccentric.
