Today’s workout is Bicep / Tricep & Forearms Workout for Beginners!
As part of the Workout for Beginners series, we will be doing biceps and triceps as well as forearm workouts. Make sure you stretch. Watch our first video for stretching, or watch our stretching video.
Starting will be Stretching – (10 minutes)

Definition of Stretching:-
Stretching before an exercise is very important. Stretching makes you less susceptible to injuries. It will stretch your muscles and allow blood and oxygen to rush to your muscles. You can do this before cardio or before weights. It is for men and women.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
• Alternate Dumbbell Curl
4-Sets of 10-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Alternate Hammer Curl
4-Sets of 10-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Barbell Curl (Ez Bar)
3-Sets of 12-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Tricep Push Down
4-Sets of 10-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Bench Dips
4-Sets of 10-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Seated Tricep Overhead Extension
3-Sets of 12-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Wrist Curls (Barbell)
3-Sets of 25-Reps (30-45 sec break)
• Reverse Wrist Curl (Barbell)
3 Sets of 25 Reps (30-45 sec break)
