Struggling a bit with the increase in reps between phases and maintaining progressive overload, any advice? is maintaining weight and increasing reps still progressive overload in terms of total volume? Yats Ffub!
I got sick after first week of Stage 2. I had to obstain from any workouts for one week and later did some light workouts. Should I repeat whole Stage or just finish last 2 weeks?
