for STAGE-3….. being an indian… especially a student…. gurl… hearing 7-9 hours of sleep is like heaven but in real, you can't sleep that long if you are a student here… i sleep at 1am and wake up at 5:30 am…. how am i suppossed to get 7-9 hours of sleep


for STAGE -4…. same reason…. being a student is the easier way to gain more stress….. we are literally living our life in stress here….. i laugh a lot in my class….. but i gained 3kgs…. it is not helping
