  1. Hi,
After my pregnancy I was way overweight .Around 80 kg and I’m only 1.62 tall so you can imagine..I finished CG iron series 4 times and the results are amazing. Now my weight is 64 kg and the best part is that I still eat what I want ,but also I build so much strength and muscle 🎉😂😊 Try Iron you won’t regret it.I’ve started 8 days ago Fuel and its a killerrr 😂😅 But I enjoy the challenge ☺️ Good luck ❤

  2. No offense but the before and after photos look the same (photos are funny things). This does not mean that changes didn't actually happen. Curious as to whether you actually lost weight/inches? Did you also change your diet? How heavy of weight/dumbbells did you actually use? I am doing Fuel rn post partum, about 3 -4 sessions per week, using 15 lb dumbbells max, and paying attention to my diet (more veggies and protein, less carbs and sugar, packing protein after each workout to build muscle) and have felt and seen improvement in 2 weeks… But I want to maximize the improvement. Very interested in the deets.

  3. I cannot express how influential Caroline has been to me. I’ve been working out diligently for 2.5 years now and it all started with her. I’ll still go to her videos from time to time just to support her. And the workouts still kick my butt.

Unfortunately I have a different fitness program which allows me to monitor my progress but I’ll always support Caroline Girvan. Such a remarkable influence ❤

  4. Great job!! I’m going to give it a go myself!! Thanks for sharing.

  5. Use a skipping rope for more improvement
    Good workout by the way😉🥳

  6. Remember to increase your protein intake as well 🙂 diet is 80%

  7. I just finished her Iron series and plan to do round two! I did the first 24 workouts last year then injuries my foot and I loved it so much when I came back and started over. At 46 I got really great results too despite starting off feeling weak. I feel strong and my legs look so good!

  8. Congrats! I just finished and lost -10.3 lbs. I had to stretch it out past 6 weeks as my body wasn’t recovering well but I’m so glad I did it!

  9. Fuel is actually so time efficient and just as challenging as other longer workouts due to the incorporation of cardio. I actually gain 2cm in glute measurement doing Fuel and that’s a lot for someone who is lacking down there like me 😅. Must be because of the lower body heavy format of the program. It’s a keeper for sure.

  10. Great work!!! Keep up the hard work! I will like and subscribe to follow your journey. You are an awesome inspiration!!! 😊❤

  11. i see improvement!!! keep going girl

  12. Choose one of her Epic programs. You won't regret it. Awesome job btw! Keep it up!

  13. I'm doing the CG Callisthenics Series which consists of 5 days working out Day 1 Leg Day, Day 2 Upper Body + Core, Day 3 Glutes+Legs, Day 4 Full Body, Day 5 HIIT. I created my own challenge and commiting to 6 weeks before switching it up. I'm on wk 4 and can see where I'm getting stronger, and how I'm.improving, whether big or small. I'm trying to give up using dumbells, and did nit realise how tough bodyweight only could be!!! I want to be able to train anywhere time, anywhere so I gave no excuses why I can't workout! Good luck in your journey. I went to the beginning of it and you have done so well. Keep grinding!🥰🙏🏾
