Very interesting video I’m sixty eight and always been active but recently started to get pain in my right hip I have been doing these exercises and it has really helped as I thought it might be arthritis starting this has been the best I’ve tried thanks for this.

I liked this easy chair exercise routine. I moved and used muscles I normally don't.
One issue, is there a way you can place the commercials near the front or back? Twice the workout was interrupted during the routine with commercials
